Privacy policy
Plain language about what we collect on this site, why, and the choices you have.
Effective July 2, 2026. This policy describes how Sky Suites ("we") handles personal information collected through skysuites.pro. Questions: ceo@skysuites.pro or +233 27 099 7700, 14 Kofi Annan Street, Airport Residential, Accra, Ghana.
What we collect
Information you submit through our forms: name, email address, WhatsApp number, and property details when you request an assessment, a revenue estimate, or our market report. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider.
Usage data collected automatically: we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies and collect device and behaviour data (pages visited, approximate location, session recordings in Clarity's case) to help us understand how the site is used and measure advertising. Netlify records standard server logs.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare property assessments and revenue estimates, send the market report and quarterly updates you requested, improve the website, and measure our marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the service providers that operate this site and our business: Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), and our property-management system for owner enquiries that become client relationships. Each processes data under its own terms. We may disclose information where law requires it.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records, then deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing ceo@skysuites.pro. We honour applicable rights under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner; choosing "Essential only" keeps them off. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site's core function. Do-Not-Track signals from browsers are not currently acted on by our analytics providers.
We will update this page if our practices change; the effective date above will move accordingly.
